What is BDS? What is Apartheid? Please join us to view two short films, Fruits of Fear and Israel Palestine Explainer to introduce us to apartheid in South Africa and in Palestine today. Discussion and exploration to follow. We are trying out a new indoor space at Great Falls Harvest restaurant at 50 3rd Street Turners Falls, MA in their cozy front community room. Please bring food to share, your own reusable dish ware and mask. Hand sanitizer and extra masks will be available.

Produced for the Anti-Apartheid Movement’s ‘Boycott Apartheid 89’ campaign. The film exposed how trade with South Africa strengthened the apartheid government and asked British consumers to act responsibly by boycotting South African products. Director: Ngozi Onwurah
