Nature in Urban Areas

A presentation will be given about nature in urban areas, including interesting facts such as that urban areas are much more biodiverse than people might think, previously unknown species have been found in urban areas, how to coexist with nature in urban areas, how to naturalize urban spaces, the importance of engaging with and documenting urban nature, and how to use citizen science platforms to contribute to data surrounding urban nature.
